DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard Delivery - Domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business day (unless otherwise indicated on the product description page) and shipped Monday through Friday. Upon the shipping of your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a tracking number. Standard Ground shipments may be shipped via either USPS or UPS services, at our discretion, and delivered within 3 to 7 business days of date of shipping.

Express Delivery - Express Mail (Overnight Guaranteed Packages) is our fastest service which guarantees next-day and second-day delivery nationwide. Next Day and 2nd Day orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. The service automatically provides insurance up to $100 against loss or damage. Orders shipped Express service are delivered via UPS/USPS Monday through Friday.Upon the shipping of your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a tracking number. Note: Selecting express shipping services only expedites the shipping time and does not alter any processing timeframe listed for a particular product.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges. On some international shipments a "disbursement" or "advancement fee" is charged by the shipping company. We also have no control over these charges.
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.


APO/FPO

Orders for Army Post Office (APO) addresses will ship via the United States Postal Service (Priority Mail) to the Army Post Office depot. The military handles the delivery once the packages arrive at the designated AA, AE or AP address, and from that point the delivery is subject to the military delivery schedules. Certain oversized items cannot be shipped to these addresses. Freight delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses.


Order Turnaround Time

SpiffyBaby.com is commited to ship your order as fast as is possible. Unless denoted otherwise, we typically ship your order within one to two business days. Special order bedding and other items shipped to you directly from the manufacturers are noted with a specific processing turnaround time on the product detail page.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Next Day and 2nd Day orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. Selecting express shipping services only expedites the shipping time and does not alter any processing timframe listed for a particular product. Important Note: Add the processing timeframe to shipping timeframe of the chosen shipping method to get an accurate timeframe for when you should expect your order. Some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer and require additional time for processing.


Shipping Delays

We always try our best to make sure your order gets where it is going in a reasonable amount of time. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery error and international shipping schedules. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will always do our best to help you. Contact us with any concerns or questions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

SpiffyBaby's "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" Return Policy - We love satisfied customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for full refund of the purchase price within 15 days of the delivery date (less any coupons used, shipping charges, shipping surcharges, and gift wrapping fees, if applicable). Please note: we DON'T EXCHANGE items. You can return us the merchandise and upon issuance of the refund and/or a store credit, you can place a new order with desired items.

Sending SpiffyBaby Your Return

To avoid damage, items should be sent back in their original shipping containers and packaging. We urge you to carefully repack any returns and send with an insured carrier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS with insurance. Items that are poorly packed are often damaged in transit. If we receive your return and it is damaged and unsellable, we will withhold the refund. It is then the billing party's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier who shipped the package. SpiffyBaby.com is not responsible for lost shipments. If a shipment is lost in transit it will be the billing party's responsibility to file an insurance claim directly with the carrier.
You can either email us at returns@spiffybaby.com or call our toll free telephone number at 1-866-546-4575 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Fill out a return/exchange form and send the item(s) back to us. If merchandise is returned between 15 to 30 days of the delivery date of your item, it will be issued a store credit only. If the item is retruned after 30 days, the sale is considered final. Please ship returns to the following address:

Damaged Items

SpiffyBaby.com strives to ship your package in good condition. Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during the shipping process after leaving SpiffyBaby.com. If your order was shipped with Fedex, UPS or Priority Mail and arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and completely at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) for concealed damage within 7 business days if you do not plan on using it immediately. We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged, but we will make every effort to make the product right.
