How Do I Track the Status of My Order?
Spiffy Baby is committed to your fullest satisfaction, which is why we provide a suplemental shipping tracking number with every order. The tracking number is usually emailed to you after the order has been processed and shipped. In the event that you have not received an order confirmation email with a tracking number, please either check your spam folder or contact us to request one.
Note: Spiffy Baby may choose at its own discretion to use either UPS or USPS carrier. You will be notified which service is used with your order.
USPS tracking:
USPS tracking numbers are not made available to Spiffy Baby until after the order has shipped. If it has been over 3 business days since placing your order, you may request your tracking number by contacting Customer Care.
To track your order using the USPS Web site, please perform the following steps:
1. Access the USPS Track and Confirm Web site.
2. In the Enter Label/Receipt Number field, enter your tracking number.
3. Click Go.
UPS tracking:
Orders that have been sent via UPS service can be tracked via the UPS Web site. Using the UPS Web site, you are able to track your shipment using your a tracking number that was sent to you in the order confirmation email. If you, for some reason did not recieve it or it was lost, please contact us and we'll resend you all the appropriate info.
NOTE: UPS tracking information is not made available until after the order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours before attempting to track your order.
To track your order using the UPS Web site, please perform the following steps:
1. Access the UPS Tracking Web site.
2. In the Tracking Number text box, enter your tracking number.
3. In the lower right corner of the Enter Tracking Number form, click Track.
NOTE: You will need to select the Terms and Conditions check box before being able to continue.
